3. Acceptance of Terms
By using this Website or signing up for a LOOKSY membership, you acknowledge that:

- You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Australian law.

4. Membership and Subscription
4.1 Membership Tiers
LOOKSY offers two paid membership levels:
- Shoppers Club – entry-level access to wholesale fashion prices.
- Premium Platinum – priority access, special collections, and exclusive discounts.
4.2 Contract Term
All memberships are for a minimum 12-month lock-in period, billed either weekly, fortnightly, or monthly depending on your chosen plan.
Promotional offers, such as the Christmas Pre-Launch Promo, may have shorter lock-in terms (e.g., 3 months).
4.3 Renewal and Cancellation
Memberships automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Cancellation requests must be made in writing to info@looksy.com.au with at least 14 days’ notice prior to renewal.
Early termination before the end of the lock-in term may incur fees equal to the remaining payments in the contract, unless otherwise required by law.
4.4 Membership Benefits
Benefits are defined by your tier level and may include:
- Access to wholesale pricing on all clothing items;
- Early access to seasonal or exclusive collections;
- Invitations to private promotions or factory sales;
- Dedicated customer service channel (Premium Platinum only).
LOOKSY reserves the right to modify membership benefits, pricing, or structure at any time, with notice provided to members.
5. Account Registration and Security
To use LOOKSY’s services, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
- Ensuring account security and preventing unauthorized use;
- Notifying LOOKSY immediately if you suspect any breach of security.
LOOKSY is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect account information.

8. Pricing and Payments

By subscribing, you authorize LOOKSY to:
- Automatically debit your selected payment method for recurring membership fees;
- Charge applicable shipping or service fees at checkout;
- Retain your payment details for renewals under secure encryption.
Failed payments may result in account suspension until the balance is settled.
Membership access is contingent on timely payment of all dues.
9. Shipping and Delivery
- LOOKSY ships products directly from partner facilities in Guangzhou and Shenzhen using verified logistics providers.
- Delivery times vary between 7–21 business days, depending on product and destination.
- Tracking numbers will be provided where available.
- LOOKSY is not responsible for customs delays, duties, or taxes imposed by destination countries.

10. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
We want you to love your LOOKSY purchase.

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to a remedy if products are:

- Do not perform as expected.
Change-of-mind returns are accepted at LOOKSY’s discretion within 14 days of delivery (product must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging).
