LOOKSY operates as a membership-based fashion platform, offering high-quality, factory-direct clothing at wholesale prices. Our products are shipped directly from verified partner factories in Guangzhou and Shenzhen, China, to customers across Australia and other international destinations.

2. Order Processing Times
2.1 Standard Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
This timeframe allows for:
- Order verification and quality checks,
- Factory coordination and product packaging, and
- Preparation for international dispatch.
2.2 Membership Priority Handling
- Premium Platinum members receive priority order processing.
- Shoppers Club members follow standard dispatch scheduling.

8. Shipping Delays

9. Incorrect Addresses or Failed Deliveries

To reduce waiting times, LOOKSY may ship your order in multiple parcels if:
- Items come from different warehouses; or
- One item is delayed or backordered.
Each shipment will have its own tracking number. You will not be charged extra shipping fees for split deliveries.
12. International Shipping Restrictions
Some products (e.g., those with natural materials, liquids, or special packaging) may be restricted by international air transport or customs regulations.
